All our repairs carry a 12 month warranty period subject to a fair use policy. Repairs naturally are not guaranteed against misuse or accidental damage beyond our control.

Whilst most repairs and servicing require us to use external workshops or watch specialists, we are able to perform minor jobs in store. We use Connoisseurs' cleaning products to keep our own stock looking shiny and new, and therefore are able to quickly clean up your jewellery to reveal its true beauty whilst you wait! We promise you will be impressed by the results, and so we also stock Connoisseurs' cleaning products in store and here on our website so that you can revitalize your own jewellery from the comfort of your own home.
